Instant Milk Chillers
In this system, the milk gets chilled instantly at 4oC. The water present at Water Tank is chilled and is used to chill the milk through Plate Heat Exchangers. The Chilled milk is then stored in the Milk Tank.
The Unique feature is that both Water and Milk Storage are in ONE Tank only. Hence separate Water or Milk Storage Tank is not required. The Chilled water remains out of the Milk Tank, therefore the milk remains chilled at all times which also includes during absence of power supply.
The entire unit is manufactured by SS 304 and is insulated with Injected PUF. Slow speed Agitator ensures smooth mixing of milk. The Unit is supplied with Balance Tank, Milk and Water Pump.
It is very suitable where milk comes from a long distance and ambient temperature is high.
